All events run from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Wolf Performance Hall, Central Library (251 Dundas Street).

Free. No registration required. Join us afterwards for socializing and discussion.

Each monthly event features three presentations and performances. First you will learn from a leading thinker on a topic of their expertise; then you will be wowed by the works of a local creative artist (including musicians, poets, multimedia, painters, etc); and finally you will be inspired by the story of someone who is making life better for others. Each presenter has twelve minutes to perform, followed by five minutes of questions and interaction. The events are fast-paced and engaging (similar in style to the popular TED conference format).

The City Symposium is run entirely by volunteers as a program of the London Public Library.
