The future of Emerging Leaders:  we need your feedback!

November 24, 2008

The Emerging Leaders (EL) initiative has been fortunate over the past three years to have growing support from our demographic and from the larger community for our vision and our community projects. With this momentum naturally comes questions about future directions and sustainability.

The EL steering committee believes that this appropriate time in our evolution to undertake an objective review of our current and potential directions, partners and models. The review is being led, at an arm’s length from the original steering committee, by an advisory group made up of a diverse team of emerging leaders, some of whom have been heavily involved in EL as participants, others who have been healthy skeptics and some who are new to London and to the concept itself, in partnership with a project team from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

As part of the process, the Ivey team is conducting a survey of the EL membership.  Please click to read more and help us in the review by taking the survey.
