In the first “It Gets Better London” video, director James Wilkinson filmed five Londoners who share their personal journey from the challenges of youth to a happy young adulthood. In January, a second video from supporters in the London community will build on the vision that the city cares for its youth and will not tolerate bullying.
Youth can see “It Gets Better London” and supporters can share their inspiration on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. This online social media community has grown to more than 300 members in less than one month. Londoners who wish to record their own video message can share it on YouTube and then promote it through the “It Gets Better London” community.

When: doors open for a karaoke event at 9 p.m., video screening at midnight
Note: the video premiere is a 19+ event
The video will be posted immediately following the premiere on YouTube and broadcast to the “It Gets Better London” online social media community.
