Leadership London is here!

February 15, 2011

Do you aspire to lead?

Leadership London combines best practices and leadership development with local community issues. You are an emerging leader who would gain valuable experience from this program if one or more of the following describes you:

  • You are new to a leadership role.
  • You are a leader who would like to invest time in the exploration of your unique leadership style and strengths.
  • You are a leader who desires to use your leadership talent for community initiatives.
  • You aspire to lead!

Leadership London is an innovative leadership program to engage those that are confident, committed and courageous. The program is being offered by Emerging Leaders and focuses on the leadership skills and characteristics that are fundamental to being a leader. The key elements, take-aways and value that Leadership London provides include the following:

  • This program is focused on the truly foundational skills and characteristics of leadership, such as building trust, innovation, confronting conflict, etc.  These traits are transferrable regardless of your situation.
  • This program is about meeting people on their leadership journey, where they are.  We believe there is no leadership mastery, you are always growing and learning, whether you’ve had no leadership experience or you’ve had 15 years of experience.
  • It is designed by emerging leaders for emerging leaders.  We combine the best practices in leadership (experiential learning, peer-to-peer groups and personal reflection) with the current and local community initiatives.
  • This program will provide the participants with the confidence to follow their passions when it comes to leading.  They will know their strengths, they will be confident in their skills to lead and they’re going to be passionate about making a difference in the community or what matters to them.
