MentorNET!

MentorNET is one the Emerging Leaders' Community Projects, based on data collected from hundreds of London's 22-44 year olds in four think tanks from May 2006 - March 2007. MentorNET aims to develop a city-wide mentorship network connecting established business and community leaders with promising emerging leaders.

Mentor Commitment: 

  • Frequency: 1-2 meetings/interactions per month for up to 6 months
  • Terms of the mentoring relationship to be established by the mentor and mentee upon their first meeting
  • Job shadowing: 1 opportunity for full day (optional, per Mentor)
  • Final think tank event (all Mentors-Mentees)
